Some figures are meant to sit on a shelf. The ones from the Bandai S.H.Figuarts One Piece line are meant to move. Designed by Tamashii Nations in Japan, this collection brings your favorite Straw Hats to life with fully articulated joints, movie-accurate sculpts and swappable parts — so you can pose Luffy mid-celebration, Sabo mid-argument, or Nami mid-jump.

Whether you are a longtime collector or buying your first One Piece figure, here is everything you need to know about the S.H.Figuarts –Romance Dawn– crew — and how to build your set for less.

Why S.H.Figuarts Stands Out

The S.H.Figuarts series is Bandai's premium articulated figure line, and the One Piece releases show exactly why collectors love it:

• Fully articulated joints — shoulders, elbows, knees and more, built for dynamic posing, not just standing.
• Faithful character detail — clean paintwork and sculpts that capture each character's signature look.
• Interchangeable parts — the Luffy –Romance Dawn– release, for example, includes the figure plus multiple swap face plates and swap hands, so you can switch expressions and poses.
• Collector-grade window packaging, designed by Tamashii Nations in Japan — display it in the box or unbox it and strike a pose.

  Meet the Crew

  Monkey D. Luffy (– Romance Dawn –)

The captain in his classic first-arc look: straw hat, red vest, blue shorts and sandals. This Luffy comes ready for adventure — excited grin, one finger pointing to the sky, and a meat accessory in hand. It is the perfect pose for recreating his most iconic "the adventure is just beginning" moment.

  Sabo

Luffy's revolutionary brother brings serious style to your shelf: black top hat with goggles, flowing cape, and his signature pipe staff in hand. Articulated joints make it easy to pose him mid-battle or mid-toast — however your story goes.

  Nami (– Romance Dawn –)

The navigator, captured in full motion — a dynamic jumping pose with both hands on her staff. Her sailor-style top, yellow skirt and brown boots are recreated in faithful detail, and the pose adds real energy to any display.

  Zoro & Shanks

The collection doesn't stop there. Zoro (– Romance Dawn –) and Shanks are part of the same S.H.Figuarts lineup, so you can start with your favorite character and grow the crew over time.

  What's in the Box

Taking the Luffy –Romance Dawn– release as an example: the box includes the figure itself plus multiple interchangeable face plates and hands. That means more expressions, more poses and more shelf potential from a single figure. The window packaging lets you show it off before you even open it — and protects it when you do.

  Collector Tips

  • Pose first, display later. With full articulation, try a dynamic pose before settling on a static one — figures like Nami look incredible mid-action.
  • Mix and match the swap parts. Different face plates and hands turn one figure into several looks.
  • Keep the packaging. Window boxes display beautifully and keep your figures safe when moving or storing.
  • Great as a gift. A One Piece fan who loves the anime will appreciate a figure they can actually pose.
