**I. Order Cancellation**
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
**In-Stock Orders:**
In-stock orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to shipment.
**Pre-Order Items:**
Pre-orders are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, pre-orders may still be cancelled prior to shipment; however, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
